Gerald F. Giordano, Jr. Adds His Experience to Tucson Law Firm as New Partner

Tucson, AZ, May 11, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Gerald F. Giordano, Jr. has joined the firm Harlow Spanier & Heckele as a new partner, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience in the areas of business litigation, commercial torts, personal injury, probate litigation, professional malpractice, real estate litigation, and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings.

Giordano began his practice with Meyer Hendricks & Bivens in Phoenix in 1998, after graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law summa cum laude and first in his class. In 2000, he returned to Tucson to work for Snell & Wilmer LLP, the largest law firm in Arizona. He became a partner at Snell & Wilmer in 2005. He then joined Dorris & Giordano PLC as a principal from 2008 to 2017, where he met Managing Partner Mark W. Heckele.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in October 1998. He was also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona and the Western District of Texas, giving him extensive experience in Arizona state and federal courts.

The firm, now known as Giordano Spanier & Heckele, PLLC, is excited to welcome Jerry and expand their practice areas to include personal injury. In addition to his other practice areas, the firm also handles matters in the areas of criminal defense, debtor bankruptcy, estate planning, family law, and intellectual property.
