Kelley Kronenberg Attorney Appointed to American Bankruptcy Institute Chapter 7 Issues Committee
Tampa, FL, May 13, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dennis LeVine, Partner in the Kelley Kronenberg Tampa office, has been appointed to the Committee on Chapter 7 Issues for the Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy, created by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). The Commission is a 15-member expert panel that aims to modernize the consumer bankruptcy system. Mr. LeVine is one of 10 attorneys appointed to the Chapter 7 Issues Committee supporting the newly created Commission.
Mr. LeVine has over three decades of experience in Bankruptcy law. He is one of only seven attorneys in the state to be Board Certified in both consumer bankruptcy law and business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification (ABC). Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he owned and managed his own firm where he represented creditors in all bankruptcy courts, as well as creditors in commercial and consumer collections actions throughout the state of Florida. Since joining the firm, Mr. LeVine focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation and creditors’ rights.
Mr. LeVine received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University’s National Law Center. He is admitted to practice law in the federal courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
