Solutions for a Healthier World Foundation, Inc. is an Arizona-based charity that raises funds to help people with autoimmune diseases receive innovate stem cell therapies. Founded in Oct. 2016, the Foundation has named its top executives responsible for carrying out the goals and mission of this 501(c)(3) organization.

Phoenix, AZ, May 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Arizona based 501(c)(3) is poised to bring innovative stem cell therapies and treatments for autoimmune diseases to those unable to afford them.

The Board of Directors of Solutions for a Healthier World Foundation, Inc. (www.solutionsfound.org) is pleased to announce the appointment of three senior executives to key management positions within the organization.

Bill Deegan of Scottsdale (AZ), has been appointed Chief Executive Officer; Lynn Behlendorf of Phoenix (AZ), Executive Director, and Guillermo Salazar, also of Phoenix, has been named Vice President, International Development.

Mr. Deegan, a retired certified public accountant and former United Way official, currently serves as President of Bioscience Americas, LLC, a leading international developer of autologous stem cell treatment centers and is also a member of Bioscience Capital, LLC, a medical venture capital company. He also serves on the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Ms. Behlendorf most recently served in management at the American Lung Association where she worked with leaders in the multi-family housing industry, educating and advising them on the health and financial benefits of implementing non-smoking policies. An accomplished marketing and communications professional, she has extensive experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors and has also worked for Rockwell Automation, Snap-on and Miller Brewing Company.

Mr. Salazar specializes in helping U.S.-based organizations expand their reach internationally. As Managing Partner of Grupo Patron, LLC, he has successfully helped multiple companies launch manufacturing, sales, and regulatory operations in Latin America and Asia. Mr. Salazar played a major role in establishing Pura Intenciones, an independent scientific think tank in Mexico that conducts cutting edge research in nutritional science, sports medicine, and natural medical treatments.

In making the announcement, the Foundation’s Chairman, Eric Stoffers, said that the three “bring an extensive, high level of professionalism to the Foundation. The Board of Directors looks forward to their leadership as they work together to expand the Foundation’s global reach.”
