Dean Phillips joins Atlanta-based national mortgage organization as Vice President, South Georgia Production Manager, leading the new Savannah office.
Savannah, GA, May 19, 2017 --(PR.com)-- PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of National Bank of Commerce, has named Dean Phillips Vice President and South Georgia Production Manager. He is based in PrivatePlus’ new Savannah office.

Phillips transitioned into the mortgage industry nearly 20 years ago after a successful career as a District Manager for a major drug store chain. He is able to work with a wide variety of home buyers, especially self-employed borrowers who have multiple LLCs, multiple jobs or income derived in different ways.
“We recognize that clients aren’t numbers, they are people,” Phillips says, “and the puzzle-like process of finding the right mortgage for the client is as much about relationships as numbers.”
Fun fact about Phillips: His great uncle is Sam Phillips, the founder of the legendary Sun Records in Memphis. When not helping match people with the right mortgage solution, Phillips enjoys kayaking, hiking and snow skiing, especially with family, and riding motorcycles. He and his CPA wife have two grown children and live in Pooler, just outside Savannah.
