Parker Symphony is Holding Auditions for 2017-18 Season

Parker, CO, June 23, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Parker Symphony Orchestra will be holding auditions for the 2017-2018 season on Saturday August 26, 2017 from 10AM to 12PM. They will be held at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Ave., Parker in 15 minute intervals.

Musicians who are interested in joining the Parker Symphony will be asked to perform a couple of minutes each of contrasting styles of music (fast/slow, romantic/baroque, etc.). Currently, there are openings for 2nd bassoon, cello, string bass, and subs for all instruments.

The Parker Symphony is an all-volunteer community orchestra made up of amateur musicians and music professionals who enjoy performing together at the PACE Center. Established in 1994, their mission is to perform orchestral music that will educate, entertain, and inspire the people of Parker, Colorado and the surrounding communities. They perform with the goal of offering interesting and entertaining performances to tempt everyone’s musical palate.
