The storage facility sold on May 31, 2017 for $1,200,000. Southland Storage is a 16,185 rentable square foot facility located in Tulsa, OK, a top 55 MSA. This facility was acquired during construction by the Seller several years ago, and has consistently operated at an above market occupancy with sound management, marketing, and good facility amenities. The project is sited in a densely populated area with easy access to the highway systems, neighboring commercial RE developments, and surrounded by multiple apartment complexes.
