Toll Brothers Holds Official Ribbon Cutting in Holmdel

Mayor Buontempo in Attendance and Former Bell Labs Scientists Honored.

Holmdel, NJ, July 13, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Regency at Holmdel, the only new active-adult luxury home community in Holmdel, recently unveiled three stunning model homes. The professionally decorated Ashton, Blair, and Newton carriage-style townhome models were toured by over 250 guests throughout the grand opening weekend. During the event, Toll Brothers honored astronomer and Nobel laureate Robert Wilson, and physicist and radio engineer Karl Jansky, in a special presentation. Roads within Regency at Holmdel are named after the scientists to recognize their achievements while at Bell Labs. Holmdel Mayor Gregory Buontempo was also in attendance for the official ribbon cutting ceremony.

Regency at Holmdel is located in Holmdel Township, Monmouth County, surrounding historic Bell Works, the former Bell Labs facility that was home to many technological advancements of the twentieth century. “The opening of these active-adult homes allows residents to move to a community within Holmdel where they can still enjoy the many attractions such as the parks and open space, shore, and the arts,” said Mayor Buontempo.

Designed specifically for the discerning active-adult home buyer, six floor plans are available, with first-floor master suites and 2-car garages, priced from the mid-$700,000s. The community offers a low-maintenance lifestyle with outdoor home maintenance and snow removal provided. Regency at Holmdel is currently putting the finishing touches on its on-site clubhouse. Once complete, amenities will include a heated outdoor pool, tennis and bocce courts, and more.

“As a bonus to our community, the new location of our Holmdel Library and Learning Center located inside the Bell works facility, is being built without any financial burden on residents, and will be within walking distance for Regency at Holmdel residents,” added Buontempo.

In addition to Regency at Holmdel, Toll Brothers’ is now open at Reserve at Holmdel, a premier estate home community with some of Toll Brothers’ largest designs, located within the same neighborhood. "With the opening of Toll Brothers' new homes in Holmdel, Bell Works is emerging as its own self-contained 'metroburb,' providing a singular destination to work, shop, play, and now, to live,” said Ralph Zucker, President of Somerset Development and visionary behind Bell Works.
