October 2017 - Trade Mission to Belize

Tri-County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce (TCRBCC) will host its fourth quarter International Business Development and Investment Opportunity Trade Mission in Belize for October 10-14, 2017 and October 17-21, 2017.

Tri-County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce (TCRBCC) will host its fourth quarter International Business Development and Investment Opportunity Trade Mission in Belize for October 10-14, 2017 and October 17-21, 2017.

TCRBCC’s third quarter trade mission to Belize, July 18-22, 2017, resulted in the formulation of TCRBCC’s International Strategic Plan designed to create an advantage for small business owners seeking small to medium sizable investments in Belize to achieve international entrepreneurial success.

“TCRBCC’s International Initiative Program was established in October 2005, mainly to strengthen business relationships and encourage trade and commerce awareness for TCRBCC’s Members and consider doing business in Belize,” states, Chairwoman, President and CEO, Leondria Thompson. Thompson further states, “today, there are many investment opportunities in Belize geared for the smaller entrepreneur to engage their current business scope successfully and achieve prosperity in Belize.” Also, in 2009, Thompson was appointed as Belize’s Special Trade and Investment Promotion Envoy to assist business owners from the U.S. to make the right connections and successfully develop and grow within Belize’s Micro-economy.

TCRBCC’s International Strategic Plan will introduce two (2) ten-member (10) delegations to investment opportunities within their scope of business. With Belize’s investment climate expanding, the time is right for business opportunities in the following sectors: Agri-business, Energy, Education & Training, Housing, Manufacturing, Export Marketing, Oil & Gas, LPG Terminal Developments, Port Developments, Real Estate Developments, and Distribution.

BELTRAIDE, Belize’s Investment Agency will host presentations with the two (2) separate groups, presenting the many opportunities that currently exists and learn how BELTRAIDE can further assist. In addition, the delegates will meet with Government Officials, Agency Officers and Business Leaders to gain further insights for making investment considerations.
