Elizabeth Bublitz, Author of "Pawfriendly Landscapes," Will be Lecturing and Hosting a Book Signing at Paulino's Garden in Denver on March 30, 2008

Denver, CO, February 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Elizabeth Bublitz, author of "Pawfriendly Landscapes - How to Share the Turf When Your Backyard Belongs to Barney," will be lecturing and hosting a book signing at Paulino's Garden at 1pm in Denver on March 30, 2008. Ms. Bublitz developed pet friendly yards in 1998 and continues to create dog friendly landscapes. Her company, Pawfriendly Landscapes, has recently announced they offer national pet friendly landscape designs.

Ms. Bublitz, an animal activist and landscape designer, just released her first book in January, 2008. Some of the proceeds will go to a local animal shelter, Good Samaritan Pet Agency in Denver. She shares over twenty years of experience on how to create pet friendly yards. She says, "People have been craving pet friendly yards - they just didn't realize 'it' was actually available. We want dog owners to know they can create both a beautiful yard and practical. We consider the entire family." She continues by stating, "There is nothing more rewarding than a person not relinquishing their dog because he destroyed their backyard. We use appropriate landscape material for homeowner's specific needs so their dog cannot destroy their yard or they need to redo it every year."

Pawfriendly Landscapes just announced they'll be carrying local artist and photographer, Lori Cavanaugh's work on their website. Ms. Cavanaugh works out of Kiowa where she resides with her husband, Jack and their seven dogs and one cat.
