We The Immigrant Launches Line of Shirts to Promote Immigration

We The Immigrant creates a line of shirts branded (IM)MIGRANT in order to promote immigrant rights and dispel fears around immigration.

Savannah, GA, September 17, 2017 --(PR.com)-- After President Trump took office in early January, writer Nathaniel Mellor and artist Darcy Melton wanted to fight back against the intolerance the country now experienced. They created a line of shirts branded with the declaration (IM)MIGRANT. The shirt is designed to promote the idea that nearly everyone in America is descended from immigrants.

“We felt powerless as we watched people torn from homes and barred from the country,” said co-founder Nathaniel Mellor. “We realize that t-shirts are a small contribution, but the message behind them is important,” says co-founder Darcy Melton.

We The Immigrant donates the profits from all sales of the (IM)MIGRANT shirts to the ACLU.
