Argus Broker Affiliate Sells Arizona Self Storage Facility

The self-storage facility sold for an undisclosed sum on September 22, 2017. The property was initially constructed in 1978 and has more than 315 units of drive up self storage, over 200 RV and boat storage spaces, and a cell tower on just over 5 acres. The property is located in an area of constrained supply for self-storage within proximity to multiple residential communities and local businesses.
