Lynn Lester, of Dandridge, Tennessee is recognized by the International Assoc. of Who’s Who for exemplary achievements in the field of Healthcare.

Dandridge, TN, October 11, 2017 --(PR.com)-- With over thirty years of experience in the field of Healthcare and Nursing, Lynn Lester serves as an asset in her role as Chief Executive Officer/ Founder of First Step Counseling. First Step Counseling is a haven for narcotic dependent individuals looking for affordable, competent and effective treatment. The First Step Counseling staff works will everyone preparing them to become a more productive, fully-functioning person in society.

As the Chief Executive Officer of First Step Counseling, Ms. Lester’s daily responsibilities encompass overseeing daily facility operations, business management and operations. Prior to her role as Chief Executive Officer of First Step Counseling, Ms. Lester worked as the Director of Clinical Operations of the Recovery Treatment Center, where she handled the management of clinic flow, referral tracking, scheduling, and vital/ clinic operations. Additionally, she held the position as the Manager ICU/CCU/3C at Baptist Hospital of Eastern Tennessee (2008-2012) and a Manager Nursing Administration (1999-2008).

Throughout the course of her education/ training, Ms. Lester earned her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from University of St. Francis in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.

Her commitment to Healthcare has resulted in recognition by National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) as a “VIP Woman of The Year” and Continental Who's Who as a “Pinnacle Professional” in the field of Healthcare.

Ms. Lester maintains affiliations with American Medical Association, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and National Association of Professional Women. She is passionate about volunteering with Covenant Health Thanksgiving and Toys for Tots.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in her houseboat on the lake with her husband.
