EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation Training with over 50,000 muscle contractions in one session. 90% of our muscles are stimulated at the same time, which makes it so intense. EMS Training comes from Germany with over 2,500 EMS Studios. Professional sports people have trained with EMS since decades.
