Vision Media Television Documentary for the NER Series on the “The Green Movement”
Boca Raton, FL, March 21, 2008 --(
PR.com)-- Vision Media Television is working to create a nation-wide program on the "green" movement. The new program has a segment concerning environmentally friendly deck products. One such product is Trex. Trex is the leading brand of alternative decking, railing, fencing, and trim products designed to maximize your outdoor living experience. Trex’s composite products are made of a unique combination of wood and plastic fibers. Cathy Proctor, producer for the story, said, “They get their plastic and wood fiber products from reclaimed or recycled resources, including sawdust and used pallets from woodworking operations, and recycled plastic grocery bags from all over the country. Their resources are closely screened for high quality standards.” Mr. Christian Kelch, senior producer, said, “The manufacturing process keeps thousands of tons of wood and plastic scrap out of landfills every year, while delivering customers decking, railing and fencing products that are not only beautiful and long-lasting, but also environmentally responsible.” More useful information can be found at www.trex.com In this program we will demonstrate the products and services effecting our environment on this important issue for national education.
Vision Media Television's series The National Environmental Report is an educational program distributed by American Artists for nation-wide Public Television hosted by award-winning news anchor Mr. Hugh Downs.
