Las Vegas, NV, March 26, 2008 --(
PR.com)-- Pound 4 Pound Design Studio has launched a Flash portfolio website that doubles as a unique viral campaign. The site's theme is a throwback to the golden age of boxing using vintage boxing posters, tickets, and a tale of the tape, to deliver it's message, "Your New Website versus Plain Old Jane." Hidden in the site is a link to a Flash game that pits ten of the greatest boxers of all time versus each other using interactive dice, scorecards, and skill ratings to determine the outcome.
The site was constructed using Adobe Flash, and Photoshop for the graphics, which appear to be blurred and weathered behind a Flash film effect that caps the site's vintage appearance. During the game experience titled "P4P Free!", vintage adds rerun throughout play such as "Pound 4 Pound Design Studio Lager," which cleverly boasts, "Crisp, refreshing, and smooth web design."
"The uniqueness of this portfolio site is aimed at future clients who are looking to reach out and grab their customer base with something different, rather than the same old thing," said Michael Vaughan, 31, and owner/designer of Pound 4 Pound Design Studio. "We want to deliver experiences over the internet that are memorable and entertaining to our clients customer base."
Pound 4 Pound Design Studio is located in Las Vegas, NV, the "entertainment capital of the world" and is owned and operated by designer Michael Vaughan. Pound 4 Pound Design Studio designs and develops websites and viral campaigns for small to medium size businesses using Flash technology.
