Nanette Brown joins ICC/Decision Services, a leading provider of customer experience management solutions, after serving as Senior Consumer Research Analyst at Pathmark Stores.
In her new position, Brown will spearhead many of the firm’s market research endeavors; including consumer intercept surveying and existing grocery, drug and convenience programs.

A graduate of Montclair University with a degree in Marketing/Management, Nanette spent the last 26 years at Pathmark Stores developing its customer research products.
Nanette lives in Bridgewater, NJ with her husband Tom and their son Thomas.
