The Body Knowledge™ Assessment will allow weight-loss hopefuls to monitor their total energy expenditure, activity duration and level, steps taken, sleep efficiency, calorie balance and more.
With over 60 million U.S. adults that are considered overweight or obese, BSCI hopes to make a powerful impact on helping that number decrease. The idea behind the assessment is to help those struggling with weight-loss understand how much energy their body really uses and how many calories should be consumed in order to reach their goals.
