Hamilton, OH, April 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- iCall sponsors the National Business Planning & Growth Workshop for Title Companies on December 4-5 2007, the second event into the Title & Settlement Industry after sponsoring the National Settlement Summit 2007 last June organized by October Research Corporation.

The workshop brought renowned and reputable industry leaders to a workshop-structured forum so that attendees get hands-on training from experts. iCall actively participated in the training sessions. Day one explained the starting of an affiliated business arrangement or joint venture - from understanding the financial planning package to picking the right partner to staying compliant. The next morning's focus was a growth workshop where industry experts helped attendees walk through how to expand by more traditional means - off-shoring, outsourcing, new products and more.

While this two day workshop, iCall participated in the Industry talks and helped with some brief insights on Outsourcing with facts and figures for various C-level executives attending the workshop.
