Since the launch reactive360 has sparked interest from across the globe, the most southerly user account is held by Coca Cola in New Zealand, the most northerly, Pratt and Whitney in Canada.
Feedback from the clients of Reactive360 suggested that although the level of flexibility suited the larger corporate clients, small volume users are looking for a process that is basic and quick. For Reactive360's second challenge, and as a technology test platform they have developed and launched quick360.
