The Circle of Distinction award is based on closed adjusted gross commission income for the previous year and presented to Coldwell Banker Commercial sales associates nationwide. Recipients were honored at the 2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference, held this year in Orlando on Feb. 17-20.
As president of advisory services, Farmer manages an advisory services team responsible for brokerage, leasing, new business development and marketing. Farmer is affiliated with a number of local professional organizations, serving as the 2006 president of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors and as an active member of the Raleigh, Durham and Cary Chambers of Commerce.
Farmer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, in Wilmington, N.C. A native of Goldsboro, N.C., he resides in Durham with his wife and three children.
