The Circle of Distinction award is based on closed adjusted gross commission income for the previous year and presented to Coldwell Banker Commercial sales associates nationwide. Recipients were honored at the 2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference, held this year in Orlando on Feb. 17-20.
Lewis specializes in investment sales, land and property brokerage plus select leasing assignments for tenants and landlords. He is on the 2008 TCAR Board of Directors and received the Silver Circle of Distinction in 2006 and the Bronze in 2005. Since joining the company in 2002, he has completed transactions totaling more than $45 million for his clients.
Lewis is a native of Winston-Salem, N.C. and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Florida. Locally, he serves on the Aldert Root Elementary School Foundation Board and volunteers with the Salvation Army.
