Presented annually, the Rookie of the Year Award recognizes a recruiter’s tremendous achievements and growth during their first year of employment. The award was presented to Dodson on Friday, May 2 at the NCASP spring conference in Wilmington, N.C.
Founded in 1966, The North Carolina Association of Staffing Professionals serves to promote the staffing industry in a positive, educational and ethical manner and act as a watchdog for legislation which might adversely affect the industry.
