Citak, local actor, and star of his own public access show Creation airing on WPAA Channel 18 in Wallingford, just signed a deal with www.bthrifty.com to be the voice of the company's animated "BThrifty" character in their TV, Internet, and Radio advertisements, as well as their full time BThrifty Mascot for the state of Connecticut, and parts of Massachusetts.

"Today was the deal breaker", Michael said, after getting home from the successful voice over audition, "I couldn't ask for a better opportunity to showcase my acting and voice talents." www.BThrifty.com a relatively new Connecticut Business venture is seeking to take the marketing and advertising sector to new heights, showcasing Michael as the voice, for their lovable BThrifty Character. BThrifty is more than just a company, it's a motto that Michael follows in his own life. "This year, I decided it was time to make a change, and do my part to help save creation. So I created a TV show, wrote and filmed Public Service Announcements for Recycling, and Music Piracy just to name a few, and spearheaded a campaign to raise awareness for recycling, and it's effects on the environment." After two and a half years of working at Katz Ace Hardware in Glastonbury, Michael is thrilled, and overjoyed at this new opportunity. "I'm getting in at the ground floor with www.BThrifty.com and am planning on riding this incredible wave all the way though to the end. I just got home from filming my first 15 second TV commercial as the BThrifty character, and am literally on cloud nine right now, It's such a fun experience.", said Michael.
