That Kyes achieved success after less than one year as a business coach is not surprising. Like every ActionCOACH, Kyes brought significant business experience and a passion for mentoring to her firm. Active in the regional business community, Kyes has chaired the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneurial Academy Alumni Association and sat as a perennial judge for the Chamber’s Small Business Awards. She has won several major community awards in recognition of her leadership in the community.
Originally trained as a healthcare professional, Kyes credits her decisiveness to the pressure of life-and-death situations in the hospital’s ICU environment.
