The company, located at 4601 Six Forks Road, has expanded to a total of 22,649 square feet. Landmark Center was represented by William Allen at Grubb & Ellis/Thomas Linderman Graham during this transaction. As part of the deal, a portion of the downstairs was subleased back to Crescent State Bank for a year of the term.
