Mr. Hart possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and comes to Mahoney & Associates from NYLEX Benefits, a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, where he was Managing Director. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President with Aon Consulting as well as a Senior Vice President and Managing Director with Clark Consulting for many years.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hart has implemented a wide array of executive benefit plans including programs for large private and publicly held companies, real estate developers, construction companies, physicians and major law firms. He also handled the estate planning for a former U.S. President.
Mr. Hart has a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance in addition to the CLU designation. He is a Registered Principal, a Registered Options Principal and holds the Series 7 and Series 24 General Securities Principal designations. He has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, as well as the Top of the Table and AALU.
As Director, Executive Benefits with Mahoney & Associates, Mr. Hart will oversee that department’s initiative regarding the design, implementation, financing and administration of these specialized supplemental benefit programs. This critical leadership role is of strategic importance to further the development of the firm’s full complement of executive benefit services.
