Inc. for the lease of a .54 acre out-parcel at Starmount Shopping Center at the corner of Capital Boulevard and Starmount Drive.
Campero USA Corp. Inc. plans to use the out-parcel building to open the Latin American fast food chicken restaurant in Raleigh, called Pollo Campero. The company opened its first headquarters in Dallas and continues to expand the restaurant chain across the U.S.
