PR.com)-- A local builder, Les Massengale of River City Custom Homes, approached his real estate agent, Julie Mattoon of Lifetime Realty, and suggested she give Gas cards away to get more traffic in some of his homes. Mattoon thought the gas card angle was great but maybe it would work better to sell his houses if the gas card was $1000 dollars and given as a bonus to the agent bringing in the buyer.
Mattoon started the Promotion on June 21st on two of the builder’s vacant homes on Jacks Pass in Austin. She promoted the givewaway by sending emails to 7,000 area agents and a note in the Agent MLS.
Mattoon states, "If the gas card gets more people to see the homes, then it is worth every penny."
