Joining the fleet of 65 houseboats at the Callville Bay Resort and Marina vacationing grounds, the luxurious 75-foot Silver XTreme houseboat sleeps up to 12 comfortably while catering to every need in a unique “condominium on water” experience.

Showcasing six private staterooms in addition to a sleeper sofa in the main living area and two and a half bathrooms, the Silver XTreme brings a new level of high-end rental vacationing to the Lake Mead area. The 75-foot houseboat is equipped with such amenities as mobility-impaired accessibility; a fully equipped kitchen; a seven-person hot tub; water slide; LCD flat screen TVs with DVD players and DirectTV in the great room and on the front and top decks in addition to personal units in each stateroom; a stainless steel marine gas grill; two oversized refrigerators; a flying bridge with wet bar on the upper deck; and a wheelchair elevator.

Forever Resorts spared no expense in creating the 75-foot Silver XTreme as an environmentally conscious watercraft.
