The company is a family owned business which was formed by Geoff and Cathy Wight and they still control it today. In 2001 the company expanded to cover all of Queensland and the www.qldtravel.com.au website was built to provide a wholesale service for all travel products in Queensland no matter how big or small they may be. The Wight's have put the emphasis on providing top service to everyone that they deal with to ensure repeat business.
Two areas of focus are Queensland Island Holidays and North QLD Cairns Accommodation.
The business is now in a continual state of expansion with websites now live for the Northern Territory at www.nttravel.com.au and New South Wales at www.nswtravel.com.au.
