Company History
In 1986, G.M. Davison, like most everyday people, had several ideas. One was to prevent toothbrush germs from spreading and getting everyone in his family sick. After spending over two years and exhausting significant money trying to bring his idea to life, a major corporation beat him to market with the same idea.
He was beaten to the market by that corporation because they had a system for developing new products quickly and a way to get them to market. It was at that moment that he decided to create a company for people experiencing these same problems. He dreamed of designing a better system to benefit future generations of idea people. He set out to build a company like no other in the world. It was to be a place where people with new ideas could go to get all of the help they needed to quickly advance these ideas into products that could be bought by corporations and sold in the marketplace.
Today the dream is a reality. With corporations today licensing more new products than any other time in our country's history, and over 285 passionate people working as a unified team, Davison Design and Development, Inc. is turning ideas into products in record numbers.
