Through J8 2005, school pupils from schools across all of the G8 countries made history by contributing to a personal message to the G8 leaders, hand-delivered to UK Prime Minister Tony Blair at the G8 Gleneagles 2005 Summit.
This year, you or your students can enter the J8 competition and win the trip of a lifetime to St Petersburg to deliver your message in person to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin. Alongside competition winners from all the G8 countries, you will set out your ideas and opinions in a joint J8 Communiqué to deliver to the world leaders attending G8 2006 in July.
