Company Forms Digitization

The Process:
Mascon uses a tested four-phase process and has so far delivered over 3 million records to International Clients and about 5 million records to Domestic Clients. Mascon maintained a zero rejection level throughout.

Phase – I Requirement Analysis
Mascon does an onsite needs analysis for your project. We then submit a requirement and feasibility document for approval. In many cases we redesign dynamic forms for clients to use. This redesign can result in substantial time savings.
Phase – II Scanning & Recognition (ICR)
Mascon has a dedicated team for scanning which uses over 20 scanning workstations, including ADF and non-ADF scanners. Scanned forms are ICR’d and the output is generated. Mascon uses a state-of-the-art forms processing application that can process over 200 pre-designed forms per minute. We have dedicated high-end servers to support this activity.
Phase – III Review Process
Processed forms are then viewed using an internally developed image view application. This is an efficient and dynamic tool for image to data comparison. Data correction is carried out simultaneously during the comparison. The system also tracks batches and operator code, and enables an operator-wise Statistical Quality Check. The system is highly versatile and includes / excludes validation rules which are specific for each type of process or form.
Phase –IV Data Export and Final Output
The output generated using the above processes is then used for final output delivery in the specified format. Delimited text output (tab delimited or pipe delimited or comma delimited) can be imported into any application software.
