)-- Beginning Sunday, February 7, Quince at the Homestead (1625 Hinman Avenue) offers a 3-course, prix fixe dinner for $35 per guest. Wine pairings are available with each course for an additional cost.
Quince Chef Andy Motto will create new menus each Sunday evening. On February 7, the prix fixe menu includes the following options:
Soup of the Day
Mixed Greens, roasted beets, balsamic truffle vinaigrette
Skate Wing, potato espuma, melted leeks, shellfish emulsion
Pork Loin, Brussels sprouts, pear confit, sweet potato, pork gastrique
Winter Squash Agnolotti, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs
Daily Ice Creams & Sorbets, two scoops of your choice
