Pulp Empire Debuts with New Anthology and Website

Metahuman Press enters the Pulp Fiction publishing field with a new collection of short stories and website.

Cedar Rapids, IA, April 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Pulp fiction returns to print with the new Pulp Empire collection from Metahuman Press. Today, Metahuman Press announces the publication of Pulp Empire Volume One, the first in a quarterly collection of pulp fiction anthologies.

Inspired by the stories originally published in the low cost periodicals of the first half of the twentieth century, editor Nicholas Ahlhelm compiled twelve new stories by hot young writers. In addition, Pulp Empire publishes a selection of classic pulp stories for new and old readers alike.

To support the anthologies, a new website, PulpEmpire.com is now live. The first collection is now available through the site's store page, powered by Lulu. Additionally, the site features pulp fiction reviews, news, and story previews.

The first edition is available in trade paperback format with a cover price of 15.95 USD. A digital download edition is also available, priced at $6.95.
