Robert Blitz Leaves Southwest Water Company

San Clemente, CA, May 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Robert Blitz announced that he has left Southwest Water Company. Blitz was the Director of Finance for the Operations and Maintenance Business Segment of Southwest Water Company as well as for their Alabama and Mississippi utilities. Blitz also was the Managing Director of Colorado. Blitz's departure comes on the heel of the recent departure of the former Managing Director of the business unit, Mark Minter.

Blitz stated that he left Southwest Water to pursue other opportunities in the AE&C and Water industries. While evaluating opportunities, Blitz also announced that he has formed Robert Blitz Consulting (RBC). RBC will focus on tailored solutions to the water and AE&C industries with a specialty on turnaround and strategic planning. A beta website of robertblitzconsulting.com has been launched.

Prior to joining Southwest Water Company in 2008, Blitz spent over 20 years at senior levels of major engineering and construction firms such as Earth Tech (then a Tyco company and now part of AECOM), Fluor, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors and Ebasco Services.
