Connected Women of North Carolina Invites Community to Fourth Annual Fall Networking Event

“Knowing Your Value,” Presented by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Will Help Attendees Network, Develop and Support One Another

Raleigh, NC, November 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Connected Women of North Carolina (CWNC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit networking group, invites the community to attend the organization’s fourth annual fall networking event, titled “Knowing Your Value” and presented in cooperation with the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, on Friday, Nov. 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at North Ridge Country Club, located at 6612 Falls of Neuse Road. Cost of attendance is $65 and includes breakfast and lunch. A portion of all proceeds will benefit InterAct, a private, not-for-profit agency that provides safety, support and awareness to victims and survivors of domestic violence and rape/sexual assault.

Attendees will participate in networking development activities, as well a discussion with a panel of local business leaders. Katty Kay, lead anchor of BBC World News America and co-author of The New York Times best seller Womenomics: Write Your Own Rules For Success, will be featured as the keynote speaker. Kay is also a regular contributor on Meet the Press, The Chris Matthews Show and Morning Joe, and guest hosts for Diane Rehm on NPR.
