Inka Grill Franchising Peruvian Cuisine

Inka Grill has launched an aggressive expansion program through franchising.

Chicago, IL, October 13, 2007 --( Ana Maria Ives grew up in Peru, married in Greece, traveled the world and began her life in America as a cleaning woman for a fast food restaurant. No, Ana isn’t a character from the latest and greatest romance novel; she’s the founder of the incredibly successful Inka Grill.

Anna was born the 10th child in a family of 12 children. She grew up on the sunny shores of northern Peru where the cuisine is considered by Peruvians as the most exquisite and traditional of Criolla cooking.

The tradition was handed down from generation to generation during daily meal preparation. Growing up in such a large family meant that every meal was an event. Their bustling kitchen was always the center of life in her home. Ana and her sisters would help their grandmother, Juanita, prepare the daily meals.

Ana sees Inka Grill as an extension of her home and her guests as an extension of her family. For that reason, all the food served at Inka Grill is prepared using only the finest and freshest ingredients and utmost care – A true recipe for success that has put Peruvian food on the map in Orange County.

Ana reflects she came to America “eager to learn and make my own destiny”. And now Ana is preparing to learn the intricacies of franchising.
