)-- Buckley King attorney, Richard J. ("Ricky") Volante, will be among a distinguished group of panelists for a discussion on "Ethics in Sports." The 90-minute panel taking place on December 5th will cover topics such as the on-going Department of Justice investigation into college athletics, concussion protocols, including return to play and return to class guidelines, and navigating ethical issues in working with youth players and coaches regarding influences from professional sports.
The event is sponsored by the Business Banking and Corporate Counsel Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, which is chaired by Buckley King Managing Partner, Brent M. Buckley. Panelists also include Peter Carfagna (Co-Director of GLSELA and CEO/Chairman of Magis LLC), Dr. Dale Sheptak (Associate Professor at Baldwin Wallace University), Dr. Theresa Walton-Fisette (Professor at Kent State University), and Rafa "El Alcalde" Hernandez-Bristo (Bilingual Radio Announcer for the Cleveland Cavaliers).
