)-- Aveccio, the vegan and cruelty-free marketing service by Levley Marketing, launches the Compassion Business Challenge for animal-based businesses.
They are offering up to three businesses one year of marketing services if they transition to 100% cruelty-free business practices. Through the contest they are hoping to be the first vegan media company to make a huge impact in the business community.
Levley Marketing hopes that by offering such a generous prize that many non-vegan companies will be nominated to go vegan. They also hope to educate throughout the process to help non-vegan businesses make the decision to go vegan in 2018.
"There are many ways to be an activist for animals. This campaign is activism through commerce," said Jonathan Levley, president of Aveccio by Levley Marketing, "By subsidizing the cost of a sizeable business expense, we hope to be able to better be able positively impact the lives of animals more than they would with their resources alone." Levley Marketing hopes that this form of activism will not just help grow the vegan movement, but also to help these businesses, many that are behind the main trends, sustain themselves, and grow.
Why grow the vegan movement? Just to begin with, there are over 400 dead zones in the ocean, 136 million acres of rainforest, 100 million vertebrates tested on and killed, and over 9 billion farm animals consumed each year.
To be eligible, the businesses need to be nominated by being mentioned on the Aveccio social media channels, get their fans and others to like the nomination, and transition fully by June 30, 2018. The total value of marketing services is up to $100,000.
