Terri Acuna’s company, Wine Country PlanIt, has unveiled the idea of specializing solely in corporate client group wine excursions. She has moved forward building successful employee motivation programs tailored to fit each company.

Terri’s mission “is to help companies of all sizes realize the power and cost-effectiveness of incentive programs.” A memorable employee recognition program can be as effective as pay increases.
