Greg Waldron

Greg Waldron is Porter Novelli’s chief talent officer and a partner at the agency. As CTO, Greg leads the agency’s human resources and its knowledge development and learning functions. Greg’s focus is on providing organizational, leadership and human resources counsel in implementing the company’s strategy.

Greg brings a wealth of human resources experience to his role, spanning many industries, including marketing communications, financial services, consumer products, travel and hospitality, and logistics technology. He has significant experience in helping leadership groups address major business change, including acquisitions and divestitures, management transitions and initial public offerings.

Prior to joining Porter Novelli, Greg was chief human resources officer for APL Logistics, a global logistics technology solutions provider. He has served as vice president, executive staffing, compensation and benefits for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and senior vice president, human resources for Young & Rubicam and Burson-Marsteller. Greg also held international human resource positions with Chase Manhattan Corporation and Salomon Brothers before entering the marketing communications and public relations industry.

He is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Management program.
