HIs background includes being a general contractor and sub-contractor with experience in Florida, Michigan, and Ohio. He has also been a superintendent of schools, university director of continuing education, small business owner, sales trainer and business consultant to CEO’s and Key Executives.

His undergraduate degree was in residential construction and graduate with degrees in education and management. He has a doctoral degree from The University of Michigan and has done post doctoral study at Columbia and Harvard Universities.
