All intial enquiries will be managed for you. No agency fees are payable either as the sale is private.
The selected web sites are viewed typically 200,000 times per month by property seekers from around the English speaking world. However, it is not just the volume of searches which influence the selection of web sites or your success. It is the quality of enquiries which is most important. After all, only one buyer is required to make a purchase and the skill is to place the right advertisement in front of the right person and at the right time.

You will then receive confirmation by email with details of the announcements within 5 working days.
