To put it simply, Ryan and Tracie were wonderful in servicing our loan when we bought our house. Ryan was very thorough and detailed in explaining which program would best suit our financial situation. They were very prompt and kept in touch throughout the whole process while our house was in escrow. Just wish I knew them when I refinanced my condo a few years back.
