Todd Gilbert

Co-Founder and Chief Imagination Officer

Biography

Todd Gilbert

Todd Gilbert is Co-Founder and Chief Imagination Officer—the more traditional would call it VP Technology—of BookPitch.com. A notably creative expert in digital and interactive media, Todd founded Stage 22, a digital effects company, in 1994. Stage 22, named after his age at that time, quickly gained recognition by contributing to several high-end software titles, including GT Interactive's "Helicops." Todd later formed Waypoint, Inc., assembling a team of outstanding artists and craftsmen to produce interactive CD-ROMs and a high-quality educational software title, "Dollarville," a bestseller that teaches children about money.

His previous clients include the Hard Rock Café, Phase 4 Entertainment and DiC Entertainment, most noted for producing "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" and "Inspector Gadget." Todd will oversee our daily operations, develop new features, and act as our video production/live feed go-to guy. But of all Todd's successes, we love this one best: He is not only responsible for the seductive Vegas slot machine animations that scream "Only in America," but he created a slot machine animation starring the greatest American tabloid triumph of all: Tanya Harding. With the sad knowledge that he will dwell in that towering shadow forever, Todd lives in Florida.
