Managing overall operations by identifying and developing business and marketing objectives, developing strategies, mapping out a plan, administering it, then reporting results. Assist in document process procedures and business policies, research and evaluate products and vendors, and/or serve in identifying additional resources, then coordinating work flow.
With this, I provide personal assistance services such as calendaring and email management, subscription, licensing, and CE management and tracking, coordinate purchasing of closing gifts, customer appreciation events, and post-closing follow up strategies.
In my marketing services, I not only assistant agents in marketing their properties, but with their personal marketing as well by helping to establish or enhance their web presence, coordinate mailings, article submissions, inclusion in on- and off-line directories, newsletters, and blogs.
