Company History
ARK Enterprises, Inc. was formed in 1994 and sold environmentally friendly peat moss absorbent products and quickly established itself as an industry leader and climbed to a major supplier of peat moss absorbents to the US government. In 2000, ARK became the manufacturer of the POL Sorb brand of peat moss absorbents and has transitioned to the use of distributors to market their products. ARK has been expanding into the international markets with both the POL Sorb brand for oil spill clean up and Aqua Sorb for water stabilization and other uses for this superabsorbent polymer.
