David's Art Academy

Artist David, has been teaching children techniques and showing them how to create their own artwork in classrooms since 1995. As a father of 3 girls, he understands children's comprehension and abilities. David’s instructional style is uniquely suited for children in that his teaching is not performed at an intimidating level. David draws in a manner that allows a child to visualize with their own eyes the artwork that comes alive on a page. "I believe that all children possess creativity, my desire is to unleash it in each student. I see the process as letting the children know what they can do. When a child in amazement looks at what he or she has created, the child's self-esteem grows ten fold,” said David Bowley.
