During the 1990's, many of the most successful, customer oriented, and "locally focused" office equipment dealers around the country were acquired by the large Conglomerates and Manufacturers. After the dust cleared, many businesses experienced poor customer service, incorrect billing, and no "return phone calls". This problem seemed to occur since the home offices were now in another part of the country, and these former "local dealers" were now run by "branch managers" rather that the previous "entrepreneurs".

One of these former successful entrepreneurs, Steve Staller, founded Docutek Imaging Solutions, a company focused on returning to the "customer first" philosophy. Surrounded by a loyal and experienced team of past employees, Steve has fostered this philosophy and built one of the fastest growing office equipment dealerships in the country and one of the few authorized by JD Power & Associates for exceptional customer service.

As a privately owned dealership, Docutek Imaging Solutions has the unique advantage of being able to research the market and offer a "BEST of BREED" product line. The result is a strong partnership with both KYOCERA/MITA and SAVIN Corporations for color and black and white digital copiers, printers, duplicators and multi-functional devices from (13) to (130) pages per minute. Further partnerships with MINOLTA for award winning "graphic" color devices and OKIDATA for fax and color printer technology give Docutek the ability to offer a "total solution" to any company, no matter how big or small. Finally, all of Docutek's digitally connected products are serviced and supported by its unique Network Integration Division. A Microsoft Certified Partner and Dell Premier Dealer, the Network Integration Division is made up of extremely knowledgeable certified engineers who offer a full suite of IT services. These services range from computer and network installation to high level web design. In short, Docutek can act as your company's "In-House" IT department without the expense.

Docutek Imaging Solutions is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida with a branch office in Miami and services the tri-county area as well as the whole country through its network of manufacturer partnerships. A new branch location in Jupiter, Florida is in the planning stage.
